Registration is done directly by workers Candidate in the registration by filling out the registration form, Form 5 for Kangoshi prospective registrants, and Form 6 for prospective applicants Kaigofukushishi filled in English with clear and complete and attach the specified requirements.

Candidate registration Nurse (Kangoshi) conducted in Pusrengun SDMK, Ministry of Health, from July 4 until August 8, 2011, and the planned date of August 9, 2011 Nursing competency test. Then the application file which passed the selection and administration and pass the competency test will be sent to BNP2TKI dated August 12, 2011.
Candidate registration Careworker (Kaigofukushishi) conducted in BP3TKI in areas from July 4 until August 8, 2011. Application file that passed the selection presented to the administration by BP3TKI BNP2TKI on August 10, 2011.
